Comments: was very happy with Dr. Luu. However, the whole process of making an appointment, and getting an appointment. I was disconnected several times. At 1 point, I made an appointment and when I checked further, the appointment was made with the wrong doctor. It was very discouraging, but Dr. Luu himself. was very, very welcoming and competent and explained everything perfectly to me and I was very happy with him. So, I guess I'll put up with the Other aspects of his Office staff. Thank you.
