Comments: I've never experienced this type of interaction with a doctor before. Dr. Luu was so compassionate and caring. I observed his engaging skills as he lean leaned to me to hear my concerns, told me that I could ask him anything, use of his active listening skills, reflected what I said. I'm really beyond words how kind and gentle he was with me especially when I burst into tears. He showed me a model of what knee surgery is, didn't sugar coat anything and used humor to help relieve my anxiety. Thank you for hiring him and give him a raise!
