Comments: We arrived at 10am for the 10:30 appointment, but had to waited till 11am to call in to see doctor. After doctor's visit and we went down to ground floor to the lab for blood test, and again we were waiting for more than 40 minutes at Lobby to get in for registration. It took us more than three hours to report appointment, seeing doctor, making next appointment and take a lab blood test. Don't know where went wrong.
